Danielle Phillips is a Senior Compliance Analyst for Comcast Corporation. In her role, she partners with compliance stakeholders (including Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, and Security) across Corporate, Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal, Sky, and Comcast Spectacor to help administer and manage the company-wide compliance and ethics helpline and web portal. In this capacity, she also helps identify potential areas of compliance risk and vulnerability; develops and helps implement action plans to resolve problematic issues, and provides guidance on how to avoid or address similar situations in the future.
With a strong belief in the importance of making a community impact, Danielle has a stout history of community service and routinely volunteers in Philadelphia with her sorority (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.) and local college alumnae chapter. She is also an avid supporter of Comcast’s Employee Resource Groups, whether that includes participating in the Dragon Boat race along the Schuylkill River or co-leading the Young Professional’s Network, she is willing to serve in whatever capacity needed.
Danielle joined Comcast in 2014 from NFL Films where she was the legal and contracts coordinator for the production arm of the NFL. Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College and J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School. She was a 2016 Cablefax Overachiever Under 30 Award recipient and has completed the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Leadership Seminar and L. Patrick Mellon Mentorship Program.
